Admission Process

Our admission process is designed to be straightforward and supportive. Start by submitting an application online. Admission Application Procedure

Follow these simple steps to apply for admission to our institution. We make the process clear and easy to navigate.

Step 1: Fill Out the Application Form

Complete the online application form with all necessary details. Ensure accuracy to avoid any delays.

Step 2: Submit Required Documents

Upload the necessary documents such as your child's birth certificate, photographs, and academic records.

Step 3: Attend the Entrance Exam/Interview

After submission, you'll be invited to attend an entrance exam or an interview based on the grade level.

ACADEMIC SESSION

The academic session is from April to March.

Age Criteria

We believe in age-appropriate learning to ensure children develop at a healthy pace. Below is a breakdown of the age criteria for each grade level:

ENQUIRY AND ADMISSION

The enquiry slip has to be filled with any queries regarding admission. The admission form and prospectus can be obtained from office and online with cost. Admission strictly depends on admission test, merit and on the basis of vacancies available. Parents are asked to fill in the admission form with the utmost accuracy. No subsequent changes will be permitted. Once fees paid will not be refunded, as all paid fees are “NON-REFUNDABLE”.

DIFFERENT HOUSES

For a healthy competitive attitude all activities are divided in an Inter-House system. The students are divided into four houses, where house masters of each house will keep a closer look on each student and help the children develop their hidden talents by encouraging them in their special field of interest such as Debate, Elocution, Public Speaking, Acting, Dancing, Singing, etc. Students will also be trained in Yoga and Karate from professionals. Art and Craft exhibition and a Science-cum-Computer exhibition, Annual Sports and Annual Function are held every year in the month of December or January.

SCHOOL FEES

New Admission consists of Admission Fee, Annual Fee, Monthly fee and any other fees of April on or before the beginning of the Academic Session. Old students need to pay only Annual fee, Monthly fee and any other fees of April as “Enrollment fees” on or before the beginning of the academic session. The monthly Tuition fee covers Twelve Calendar months (April-March). Admission fee, Annual fee may be paid “At a Time” or “Installment Mode”.

No deduction is made for holidays or broken periods. Students are liable to pay full fees as long as their names are in official records. People joining or leaving the school during any term have to pay the whole session’s Monthly fee till March and the Installment fees for the entire year (if admission is done in “Installment Mode”). Fees must be paid within 10th day of every month, failing which will lead to a late fine of Rs. 100/- per month and Rs. 150/-will be levied for late payment of Installment.

WITHDRAWAL/TRANSFER CERTIFICATE

Withdrawal from any classes must be preceded by one-month prior notice in writing to the principal.

For a Transfer certificate, an application is to be written by the guardian/parent. It will be issued when all the dues (Annual fees, monthly tuition fees till March and other dues, if any) have to be cleared.

VACATION

Vacations are given in the school diary. These vacations may not be extended or anticipated. There are three vacations in a year:

ASSEMBLY

Each working day starts with the morning assembly, which includes prayers, moral lessons and news headlines. Everyday assembly is conducted by the students of different Houses. Monday’s assembly is taken by the Principal or Teacher-in-charge.

PARENT TEACHER MEETING

Parent teacher meeting is held at the end of every examination to discuss about child’s academic progress and personal development. Attendance of parents/guardian is mandatory.

GIRLS:

Brown stripe shirt, Dark brown skirt, White socks, Black shoes, White ribbon, Brown white color tie and brown blazer for winter to be provided by the school with cost.

BOYS:

SCHOOL TIMINGS

The school timings are declared in the Notice Board of the school and it may be changed as per the need and requirement.
